Abstract

Процесс модернизации предполагает использование новых возможностей, которые открываются в ходе обновления функций и структуры региональной экономики России. Становление экономики знаний актуализирует проблему рациональной организации научного потенциала, которым обладают региональные экономические системы. В данной статье представлены основные способы организации потенциала научных локализаций, которые могут быть реализованы в процессе модернизации региональной экономики современной России.
