Abstract

Среди большого многообразия проблем повышения эффективности российской экономики одно из ключевых мест занимают вопросы формирования и функционирования механизмов отраслей реального сектора отечественной экономики (на примере строительного комплекса), адекватных условиям конкурентной среды. К омплексная реализация инновационных процессов включает системные меры научно-технической деятельности, защиты интеллектуальной собственности, сертификации наукоемкой продукции, представления услуг в области метрологии и стандартизации, производственно-технологической поддержки создания и освоения новой конкурентоспособной продукции.
