Исследование Человеческого Капитала Как Актива Виртуальных Организаций Южного Федерального Округа

Abstract

В информационной экономике основными экономическими единицами становятся новые нетрадиционные организационные формы виртуальные организации, основанные на принципах кооперации независимых в правовом отношении предприятий, географически удаленных друг от друга и осуществляющих свою деятельность в интегрированном информационном пространстве. Использование способов виртуальных взаимодействий между экономическими агентами помогает снизить транзакционные издержки предприятий-партнеров, повысить скорость и качество индивидуального обслуживания клиента. В данной статье представлены результаты проведенного исследования человеческого капитала как актива виртуальных организаций ЮФО.
