Abstract

В статье исследуются методические подходы к разработке инновационно-инвестиционной стратегии развития плодоовощного подкомплекса. Актуальной проблемой является формирование в Карачаево-Черкессии инновационной экономики, основанной на симбиозе творческого и технологического потенциала. Цель исследования построение алгоритма оптимизации вышеуказанной стратегии на основе сценарного подхода и возможностей использования инвестиционного проектирования.
