Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема внедрения системы контроллинга на предприятиях. Сделан вывод о необходимости ее информатизации, которая позволит повысить эффективность функционирования хозяйствующего субъекта и оптимизировать процессы управления его сбалансированным развитием.
