Abstract

В статье рассмотрена необходимость раскрытия в отчетности российских корпораций информации по вопросам социальной ответственности, освещен ряд проблем, затрудняющих реализацию принципов корпоративной социальной ответственности в России, проведен анализ тридцати отдельно изданных нефинансовых отчетов российских публичных компаний; приведены рекомендации исследования корпоративной социальной ответственности в России.
