Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу современного состояния масложировой промышленности России и возможных негативных последствий вступления в ВТО. По мнению автора, для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий анализируемой отрасли необходимо совершенствование управленческих технологий, а именно системы внутрифирменного планирования, которая должна ориентироваться на новые принципы: альтернативности, иерархичности и социально-экологический принцип.
