Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности развития рынка жилья в современных условиях. Автором систематизированы элементы жилищного фонда и показано их влияние на формирование спроса на жилье. Большой статистический материал позволил выявить особенности структуры и инфраструктуры рынка жилья.
