Abstract

Крупные российские и зарубежные инвесторы в последние годы активно взаимодействуют с региональными экономическими системами. Один из наиболее популярных видов данного взаимодействия вертикально интегрированные компании. Однако не всегда присутствие такой компании в той или иной отрасли региона гарантирует её стабильное развитие. В данной статье представлена рейтинговая модель ранжирования вертикально интегрированных корпораций по классам финансовой устойчивости, с помощью которой можно определить «слабое звено» экономики региона.
