Abstract

В статье сделана попытка системно рассмотреть новации в экономике в её избыточной вариативности, частых выбросах, событийных составляющих динамики, турбулентности, рискованности. Возросшая непредсказуемость становится питательной средой рисков, растёт их вероятность появления, амплитуда, тяжесть последствий, риски бесконтрольно размножаются и распространяются. Предлагается математически строгая многомерная трактовка и конструкция риска, позволяющая оценить стоимость его проявления в проектах или процессах, отягощённых рисками.
