Abstract

Формирование и развитие функциональных подсистем стало одним из приоритетов региональной экономической политики современной России. Проблемы, которые регионы испытывают под воздействием конкуренции, обусловливают необходимость формирования эффективных субрегиональных локализаций. В данной статье раскрыты наиболее существенные аспекты функциональных подсистем регионов России и представлены рекомендации для решения проблем.
