Abstract

В данной статье определяется, какие информационные услуги можно отнести к виртуальному рынку. Также выделяются основные этапы становления и развития рынка информационных услуг, рассматривается динамика роста ключевых параметров за долгосрочный период, приводится сравнение различных определений из отечественных источников в период активного развития информационных услуг, по результатам которого сделан вывод об эволюции самого рынка.
