Abstract

В статье на основе проведенных авторских исследований разработана концепция модернизации гостиничного хозяйства на основе формирования системы гибкого управления, позволяющая обеспечить динамичное развитие предприятий сферы услуг в условиях нестабильной внешней и внутренней среды. Определены модернизационные пути развития гостиничного бизнеса, предложен модернизационный инструментарий гибкого управления в гостиничном обслуживании (бизнес-коммуникации, гибкое бюджетирование, мониторинг конкурентоспособности).
