Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу особливостей реалізації та ролі акціонерної власності в сучасній системі економічних відносин. Досліджено функції акціонерної власності. Розглянуто основні переваги та недоліки акціонерної власності у порівнянні з іншими формами власності.Статья посвящена анализу особенностей реализации и роли акционерной собственности в современной системе экономических отношений. Исследованы функции акционерной собственности. Рассмотрены основные преимущества и недостатки акционерной собственности в сравнении с другими формами собственности.Article is devoted to analysis of corporate property's implementation peculiarities and role of corporate property in the modern system of economic relations. Specific functions of corporate property are investigated. Main advantages and shortcomings of the corporate property in comparison with other forms of property are considered.
