Abstract

Ця стаття представляє огляд парадигми досліджень структури капіталу, закладеної теоремою Мілера-Модіяльяні. Дослідження включає короткий виклад витоків питання структури капіталу, значення теореми Міллера-Модільяні для сучасних досліджень, та їх сучасного стану. Стаття також пропонує пострадянським (і, перш за все, вітчизняним) дослідникам більш широко використовувати теорії та методологію, що відповідають сучасній парадигмі.Эта статья представляет обзор парадигмы исследований структуры капитала, заложенной теоремой Миллера-Модильяни. Исследование включает краткое изложение истоков вопроса структуры капитала, значения теоремы Миллера-Модильяни для современных исследований, и их современного состояния. Статья также предлагает постсоветским (и, прежде всего, отечественным) исследователям более широко использовать теории и методологию, соответствующие современной парадигме.This article presents a review of capital structure studies paradigm, founded by the MillerModigliani theorem. The research includes a brief view on origins of capital structure issue, importance of the MillerModigliani theorem for modern research, and current agenda of modern studies. The article also suggests post-soviet scholars to adopt and use modern theories and methodology.
