Базель i, II, III: развитие подходов для укрепления регуляторной основы

Abstract

В статье исследовано развитие фундаментальных соглашений Базельского комитета по банковскому надзору. Определены преграды во внедрении требований Базеля III к капиталу банков в Украине в условиях усиления экономической нестабильности. Сформулированы предложения по повышению эффективности пруденциальной деятельности для восстановления устойчивости банковского сектора и предупреждения проявления регуляторного арбитража.
