Abstract

У статті представлено авторське визначення поняття "міжнародна роздрібна торговельна мережа". Розкрито особливості формування систем збуту міжнародними роздрібними торговельними мережами. Визначено алгоритм взаємовідносин між учасниками каналу збуту при традиційній вертикальній системі розподілу товарів з визначенням міжнародної компоненти. Ідентифіковано причини виникнення конфліктів між учасниками міжнародних каналів розподілу товарів.
