Abstract

У статті визначено основні тенденції розвитку обов'язкового страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності в Україна та зарубіжних країнах. Були виділенні основні проблеми ринку та права. Виділенні основні тенденції та вектори розвитку страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності автотранспортних засобів. Розглянути можливі перспективи розвитку та проведена порівняльна характеристика страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності власників автотранспортних засобів в Україні та за її межами. Розглянутий вплив державного нагляду з точки зору права та нагляду за страховими компаніями в виді цивільно-правового страхування. Охарактеризована проблематика страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності в наші дні.
