Abstract

Розкрито методичні підходи до оцінювання ефекгивносгі управління персоналом та внесено пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення. Наведено методичний інструментарій та результат розрахунку економічного збитку від плинності персоналу як індикатора ефективності управління персоналом на малому підприємстві. Запропоновано перелік заходів, спрямованих на зменшення плинності персоналу. Наведено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення системи матеріальних винагород та запровадження практики адаптації новоприйнятих працівників.
