Abstract

Визначено актуальність та охарактеризовано основні етапи задоволення потреби у персоналі в сучасних умовах господарювання. Доведено необхідність та узагальнено вимоги до формування карт компетенцій як інструменту відбору персоналу. Розроблено алгоритм вибору джерел пошуку кандидатів на вакантну посаду. Надано практичні рекомендації щодо організації процедури відбору кандидатів за допомогою методу "ідеальної точки".
