Abstract

У статті досліджуються актуальні проблеми розвитку міжнародних стандартів якості в управлінні сучасними українськими підприємствами. Розглянуто особливості використання технології управління знаннями при впровадженні концепції загального управління якістю. Авторами розроблено КМ-орієнтовану модель організаційного навчання при впровадженні концепції загального управління якістю.
