Abstract

Целью работы является изучение теоретических аспектов развития кластерных инициатив территориальных экономических систем и государственного управления развитием путем реализации кластерной политики, ориентированной на повышение конкурентоспособности территорий. Проведен анализ и сравнение российского и мирового опыта кластеризации региональных экономических систем. Выявлены достоинства и недостатки инструментария кластерной политики. Предложены направления совершенствования кластерной политики в России.
