Abstract

В статье определена роль государственно-частного партнерства в социально-экономическом развитии страны и ее регионов, определены основные причины и социальные факторы в пользу внедрения ГЧП в Украине, выделены основные составляющие ГЧП в социальной сфере. Определена сущность социальных рисков, факторы, которые обусловливают их основные признаки. Раскрыто значение ГЧП в контексте распределения социальных рисков, определена роль страхования в соглашениях о ГЧП.
