Проблемні Банки В Україні: Причини Появи Та Особливості Функціонування В 2008 – 2014 Рр

Abstract

Раскрыта специфика идентификации проблемных или неплатежеспособных банков согласно требованиям банковского законодательства США, ЕС и Украины. Выяснено, что происходит унификация признаков проблемных банков, а ключевыми показателями, которые свидетельствуют о наличии затруднений, являются показатели капитализации и ликвидности. На основе анализа введения временных администраций в банках Украины определены причины возникновения проблем и прослежены изменения в политике регуляторов по восстановлению или вывода банков с рынка.
