Abstract

На основе статистических данных по регионам Украины с использованием метода кластерного анализа k-средних осуществлена классификация регионов Украины по структуре потребления базовых продуктов питания. Проанализирована взаимосвязь между структурой потребления и уровнем продовольственной безопасности регионов. Для определения факторов, объясняющих обнаруженые межрегиональные различия в структуре потребления пищевых продуктов, применен метод дисперсионного анализа. Рассмотрено влияние на объем и структуру потребления объемов производства продуктов питания, денежных доходов населения, стоимости среднестатистического набора продуктов питания, а также доли сельского населения в регионе.
