Abstract

Раскрыта сущность технико-экономического обоснования целесообразности привлечения венчурных инвестиций для реализации новаторских идей. Охарактеризованы основные элементы методики технико-экономического анализа стартап-проектов, которые базируются на концепции соединения жизненных циклов рынка, инновационной продукции и стартап-компании. Исследованы общие и отличительные черты между методикой технико-экономического обоснования и бизнес-планом стартап-проекта, показано важность аудита новаторских идей в генерировании экономической информации будущего и принятия инвестиционных решений неформальными венчурными инвесторами.
