Abstract

Статья посвящена оценке современного состояния долговой политики Украины на рынке внешних заимствований. В статье определены ключевые факторы формирования внешнего долга в Украине. Проанализированы основные тенденции долговой политики государства. Предложены пути и инструменты управления внешним государственным долгом и проведения эффективной долговой политики государства. Учитывая, что обеспечение устойчивого экономического развития Украины невозможно без применения механизма внешних государственных заимствований, то данный вопрос является весьма актуальным на современном этапе экономического развития страны.
