Abstract

Рассмотрены проблемы методических основ управленческого учета производственных затрат в информационном обеспечении бюджетирования, не только на уровне предприятия, но и, как требуют современные условия углубленного контроля, в разрезе структурных производственных подразделений "центров ответственности", с применением "гибких" бюджетов, которые складываются в ходе производственного процесса.
