Abstract

В статье раскрыто существующие модели государственного регулирования развития туристической деятельности. Обоснована целесообразность применения европейской модели государственного регулирования развития туристической деятельности в Украине. Отмечено, что европейская модель государственного регулирования туристической деятельности базируется на координации маркетинговой деятельности и развития сотрудничества государственного и частного секторов. Выявлены основные формы государственно-частного партнерства и преимущества применения кластерной модели развития туристической деятельности, а именно контракты, соглашения о разделе продукции, аренда, совместные предприятия. Перспективными сферами применения механизма ГЧП определен транспортный сектор, жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство, энергетику и туристическую сферу. Рассмотрены особенности развития кластерных образований в стране и перспективы создания туристических кластеров.
