Abstract

В статье обобщены современные подходы к усовершенствованию инструментария монетарной политики как реакцию на вызовы финансовых кризисов последних десятилетий. Изучается современная практика применения нетрадиционных монетарных инструментов, в частности, влияние на конъюнктуру финансовых рынков через политику "количественной адаптации". Определены результаты "количественной адаптации" для внутреннего рынка, "вторичные эффекты" для глобальной экономики и экономики Украины.
