Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные этапы и результаты совершенствования системы регулирования фондового рынка, в том числе и расчетов по операциям с ценными бумагами, необходимость в которых обусловил финансовый кризис и рецессия в Европе. Проанализированы существующие особенности расчетов на фондовых рынках ЕС, а также принятые меры и предложения по совершенствованию системы расчетов по операциям с ценными бумагами.
