Abstract

Формирование и развитие интегрированных структур является действенным направлением повышения эффективности деятельности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса в целом и пищевой промышленности в частности. Отраслевые особенности предопределяют целесообразность определенных приоритетных направлений интеграционного взаимодействия между предприятиями пищевой промышленности и другими субъектами рынка. Осуществлен прогноз развития интеграционного взаимодействия предприятий пищевой промышленности, определены намерения субъектов ведения хозяйства и эффективный инструментарий интеграции в зависимости от этапа развития отрасли.
