Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы влияния процесса глобализации на украинский рынок акций. Исследованы основные тенденции глобализации мирового рынка акций. Дана характеристика ключевым элементам функционирования рынков акций ведущих стран мира. Выделены основные факторы, влияющие на уровень развития национальных рынков акций. Определен ряд проблем, которые деформируют и сдерживают повышение роли рынка акций Украины в процессе распределения капитала.
