Abstract

В статье осуществлен анализ теории и практики использования протекционизма в международной торговле в условиях глобализации. Определены основные причины, позитивные та негативные последствия и тенденции применения политики протекционизма в контексте функционирования ВТО. Обоснована необходимость и особенности использования нетарифных инструментов при формировании и реализации внешнеторговой политики государства.
