Abstract

Исследована сущность интеллектуальной собственности как определяющей экономико-правовой категории ин-формационного общества. Проанализированы существующие подходы к стоимостному оцениванию объектов ин-теллектуальной собственности и сформулированы принципы формирования их рыночной стоимости. Предложены меры по улучшению регулирования отношений интеллектуальной собственности, которые позволят создать на-дежную систему охраны и защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности в Украине.
