Abstract

В статье представлена общая модель процесса формирования и выбора стратегий развития отдельных стратегических бизнес-единиц и предприятия в целом с использованием известных инструментов стратегического анализа, многокритериального оценивания на основе нечеткой логики, кластерного анализа и матричного подхода.
