Abstract

Розглянуто основні характеристики фінансового лізингу як інструменту залучення інвестиційних ресурсів на підприємствах з метою визначення перспектив його подальшого розвитку. Проаналізовано переваги та недоліки, а також шляхи удосконалення законодавства у цій сфері.Рассмотрены основные характеристики финансового лизинга как инструмента привлечения инвестиционных ресурсов на предприятиях, с целью определения перспектив его дальнейшего развития. Проанализированы преимущества и недостатки, а также пути усовершенствования законодательства в этой сфере.Financial leasing, as the instrument of bringing investment resources on enterprises, and his future contemplation were considered in the article. Advantages, gaps of legislation and ways its improvements in this field are analyzed.
