Abstract

Ключевой темой дискуссий в рамках двухдневного семинара, организованного Инсти- тутом статистических исследований и экономики знаний (ИСИЭЗ) НИУ ВШЭ, стала национальная система технологического прогнозирования. Процессам ее формирования и функционирования были посвящены заседание Межведомственной комиссии по технологическому прогнозированию, круглый стол и одна из тематических сессий. Пристальное внимание уделялось инструментам научно-технической и инновационной политики, отраслевым приоритетам научно-технологического развития. В мероприятии приняли участие представители Минобрнауки и Минэкономразвития России, Российской академии наук, Россий-ской венчурной компании, НИЯУ МИФИ, НИУ ВШЭ, Университета Манчестера (Univer- sity of Manchester, Великобритания), Университета Оттавы (University of Ottawa, Канада) и многих других российских и зарубежных организаций.
