Abstract

В работе представлен анализ сравнительных характеристик закрытой и открытой академической среды. Обсуждаются возможные последствия закрытости и формирования локальных академических конвенций. На основе данных, полученных в результате опроса представителей 30 факультетов высших учебных заведений Санкт-Петербурга, выпускающих специалистов по специальностям блока «экономические науки», были сделаны оценки ряда параметров академической среды и влияния закрытости на ценностные установки и индивидуальные карьерные траектории преподавателей. Показывается, что рассматриваемая нами среда на опрошенных факультетах характеризуется высокой степенью закрытости, и демонстрируются различия в стратегиях и ценностных установках преподавателей, закончивших данный вуз, и тех, кто получил образование за его пределами.
