Abstract

В настоящее время инновационная политика опирается на результаты статистических и социологических обследований предприятий, опросы экспертов. Между тем проблема стимулирования инновационной деятельности не может быть решена без учета особенностей отношения населения к науке, технологиям, образованию тем сферам деятельности, которые обеспечивают инновационное развитие. В статье анализируются представления населения об инновациях, состоянии и перспективах инновационного процесса, его целях и механизмах. Используются результаты российских и зарубежных репрезентативных обследований общественного мнения.
