Abstract

Более полное представление о характеристиках нанотехнологий дает анализ цитирования патентов. Связи между патентными заявками проливают свет на соотношение между различными направлениями изобретательской деятельности. Обычно рассматриваются два типа цитирования (рис. 10). Обратное цитирование цитирование предшествующих работ в патентных заявках на нанотехнологии. Оно отражает влияние более ранних изобретений на новые разработки. Прямое цитирование цитирование патентных заявок на нанотехнологии в других заявках. Количество прямых цитат принято считать показателем экономической или технологической ценности патентов.
