Роль Культурных Различий В Процессе Формирования Бизнес-Стратегий (На Примере Российско-Германских Экономических Отношений)

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены культурологические аспекты бизнес-стратегий на примере российско-немецких экономических отношений. Эти стратегии разрабатываются с целью вывода компании на иностранные рынки и для расширения ее присутствия на внутреннем рынке. Основное внимание уделено внешней стратегии. Автор также показывает, какие конкурентные преимущества фирмы (специализация, мобильность и др.) могут быть перенесены на другие рынки и каким образом.
