Научный Капитал Как Драйвер Социальной Мобильности Ученых

Abstract

Изменение структуры финансирования науки и образования ведет к реструктуризации рынка научных кадров и усилению их мобильности, как на национальном, так и на международном уровне. Количественный учет мобильности представляется крайне важным, но мало изученным фактором для комплексной оценки научных кадров во всех дисциплинах. В статье на основе данных «Мониторинга рынка труда научных кадров высшей квалификации», являющегося частью международного проекта «Careers of Doctorate Holders», анализируются социальные перемещения российских ученых. Предпринята попытка построения концептуальной модели социальной мобильности научных кадров. Автор раскрывает зависимость мобильности от происходящих в научном сообществе социальных процессов и ее взаимосвязь с научным капиталом исследователей.
