Реформирование Законодательства В Сфере Науки И Инноваций

Abstract

В советский период не было необходимости в разработке специальных законов о науке и инновациях. Исключение составляли принятые отдельные нормы, регулирующие труд научных работников. Инновации внедрялись в производство при поддержке государства. Особенно результативно в военно-промышленном комплексе. Сегодня государственная поддержка не может и не должна сводиться к финансированию. Не менее важно создать благоприятный правовой климат для активизации научной и инновационной деятельности как в государственном, так и в частном секторах экономики.
