Abstract

На протяжении нескольких лет Организацией экономического сотрудничества и развития (ОЭСР) проводятся исследования занятости высококвалифицированных специалистов. В 2004 г. Директорат по науке, технологиям и промышленности ОЭСР совместно со Статистическим департаментом Еврокомиссии (Евростатом) и Институтом статистики ЮНЕСКО инициировал международный проект «Карьеры докторов наук». Его цель — оценить особенности рынка труда, профессионального роста и мобильности докторов наук, представляющих разные области знания. В статье представлены итоги специального межстранового обследования.
