Глобализация Промышленных Исследований И Разработок: Социологический Аспект

Abstract

В статье анализируется влияние глобализации на промышленные исследования и разработки в развивающихся странах. Разграничивая процессы интернационализации, мультинационализации и глобализации ИиР, автор отмечает особенности их проявлений в развивающихся и развитых странах. Рассматриваются эффекты таких явлений, как новая модель разделения труда в ИиР, выравнивание глобального технологического режима, рост мультинационализации и глобализации ИиР, а также офшоринг научно-технологических услуг компаниями из развивающихся стран. Анализ основан на большом массиве эмпирических данных, собранных в ходе исследования. Опираясь на теорию «новой зависимости», автор приходит к выводу, что в результате качественного изменения отношений вышеперечисленных «периферийных» стран с «центром» они перешли в разряд «полупериферийных» (по Э. Валлерстайну).
