Автономные Учреждения В Сфере Науки: Оценка Особо Ценного Движимого Имущества

Abstract

Федеральный закон «Об автономных учреждениях», регулирующий их создание и функционирование в отраслях социальной сферы, был принят в ноябре 2006 года после трехлетнего обсуждения в органах власти и профессиональных сообществах. Сложность практической реализации закона в том, что его положения требуют продуманной и детальной регламентации в ведомственных нормативных актах. В частности, это касается используемой в законе категории «особо ценное имущество», которое передается автономному учреждению для ограниченного хозяйственного оборота и безусловно имеет существенную отраслевую специфику.
