Abstract

В статье представлены результаты обследования «Мониторинг инновационного поведения населения», осуществленного ИСИЭЗ НИУ ВШЭ в 2009 г. в целях изучения инноваций, создаваемых по инициативе пользователей. Предпринята попытка объяснить специфику подобных инноваций и оценить их вклад в развитие экономики. Авторы приходят к выводу, что развитие инструментов стимулирования пользовательских инноваций способствует вовлечению населения в инновационные процессы, существенному повышению качества продуктов и услуг и расширению новых и традиционных рынков.
