Abstract

Польское Министерство науки и высшего образования недавно предприняло попытку реформировать Польскую академию наук. В этом продолжительном политическом и правовом процессе приняли участие различные социальные субъекты. В отличие от общепринятого взгляда на реформу как часть процесса модернизации системы польской науки и высшего образования, автор рассматривает ее с позиций перераспределения баланса сил в польской академической среде. Это позволяет не только выявить суть происходящих изменений, но и обеспечить их более глубокое понимание. Основное внимание уделено политическому противостоянию польской академической олигархии и правительства.
