Abstract

В июле 2010 г. в г. Карслруэ (Германия) прошла первая российско-германская летняя школа, посвященная вопросам научно-технологического и инновационного развития. Организаторами мероприятия выступили Институт статистических исследований и экономики знаний ГУ-ВШЭ и Фраунгоферовский институт системных исследований и инноваций. Обе стороны уделили пристальное внимание таким исследовательским темам, как результаты недавно реализованных в России и Германии Форсайт-проектов; создание дорожных карт для различных секторов экономики и технологических областей; формирование региональных инновационных систем; совершенствование методологии статистического измерения научной и инновационной деятельности.
